I must admit, it took me a few visits to get to know the dr.

I made an appt for my daughter to see the doctor and received a call back to confirm the appt. I take my kids out of school early and arrive before my scheduled appt. The receptionist took her sweet time checking us in and then said my daughter did not have an appt. I told her I rec'd a call back and she said I did not ( I showed her my phone). She said it would be 45 minutes, but they would work her in. Work her in, she HAD AN APPT!!. I told the lady since it would be that long I needed to pick up my other daughter from school and was told I CAN"T LEAVE. Are you serious? The receptionist was rude as could be and I told her I could not wait that long and leave my daughter stranded and she stated they were working her in as a courtesy. I took my kids and left. My daughter was in tears because she really wanted her eye exam that day. DON"T GO HERE!!!

Doctor Krach was smug and condescending. His bedside manner was atrocious. He refused to answer questions or clarify statements about elderly patient despite being told he was not being understood. When he did comment further, it was as if it was a tremendous bother. We will absolutely dispute billing for this visit.
