EXCELLENT DOCTOR I WILL SAY HE IS NOT PUNCTUAL BUT I WOULD RATHER WAIT AND KNOW HE IS NOT JUST PUSHING HIS PATIENTS OUT THE DOOR.

Dr. Hendriks is the best dr. He delivered all 3 of my babies and he has an amazing technique so you don't tear. I've been in delivery rooms with other people and I was horrified by their technique. Since he doesn't do deliveries anymore, that means my baby days are over too as I wouldn't want any other dr. He is patient and kind. Great with kids. He got me into surgery within a day of seeing him (I had been to ER with my problem and was fluffed off). When he sees a problem that requires a specialist his ego doesn't get in the way and gets you to the best possible specialists. He got my one son into specialists within a few days. His patient load is high because he is a great dr. The wait time can be high but he is just giving everyone the time they need. It isn't as bad now since he gave up deliveries. I guess people didn't realize that he had to take off to the hospital to deliver a baby. He is an amazing doctor and our small town is lucky to have such a doctor.

Hendriks has been my family doctor for my entire life. My dad is a medic, and Hendriks is the only doc in town he trusts enough to listen to. He's got one of the largest patient base in Wetaskiwin, so if you go there and think you know more than he does about medicine, or are just there because you've got the sniffles, he's not going to coddle you. You're wasting his time, and you're wasting his patients time. If you go, though, and have a sincere medical issue, he'll be with you every step of the way. He kept my grandmother alive and relatively well a decade longer than other doctors gave her, through his "pill pushing" (read: accurate prescriptions). If you find him rude, it's probably because he's got no patience for idiots. If you find him a pill pusher, it's because you're an idiot, and he's a doctor. If you think he killed your ________, he's probably the only reason they lived as long as they did.

Dr.Hendrix delivered my baby. He was rude and basically a jerk. I was a first time mother and he thought i wasn't in labour and sent me home, where I promptly returned from as it became apparent I was in labour. Upon my return to the hospital it was too late for drugs and I had to deliver a 8.6lb baby without any pain medicine.To opt it off he was a rude pushy jerk during the birth. He made me push to fast and I tore. He also was just a jerk in general, he kept saying things like well if the mother would just push, and thing of that nature. I was pushing.I had a giant headed baby. He was arrogant and rude, and thinks much to highly of himself. I would not only not recommend him, I would advise all women who are pregnant to go to grey nuns to avoid the chance of having him deliver your baby. It was a horrible experience. He should maybe e a family doctor only. But certainly not deliver babies.

He was not my regular Dr but we were sent to him for prenatal care. He delivered my daughter 2 yrs ago. This was my second birth and thanks to him it was a beautiful experience! His calm and reassuring manner allowed us to have a drug free birth (which I really wanted). I wish he could know how much he touched our lives! He even managed to keep my Husband calm!

This doctor damn near killed my father-in-law. He was horrible. This 'doctor' is a pill pusher, and will not help anyone. The wait times in his office are astronomical (4hr wait time for a VERY ill man, and he HAD an appointment). I would never go to this doctor, I would never refer someone to him..... unless they want to either get worse then you are..... or die.

If had not been for Dr.Hendriks I would not here typing this. His knowledge, his connections, his reputation in the medical field and last but not least his concern for his patients saved my life. Like most people who are perfectionests they are sometimes misunderstood by thier patients. He works hard for the hosiptal and his patients. I do not find him to be a "PILL PUSHER" at all. He works to find the cause and treats that, not the symptoms. I thinks those comments from people saying he is a "PILL PUSHER" are from people, he will not give the drugs and pills they want. So they slam him here.

I have been seeing Dr.Henriks for 9 yrs. I don't find him pushing pills on me.If I want pills, yes he will perscribe them for me if he thinks I need them.He takes time to talk to me.I have been in some very difficult situations and he was there for me everytime. I think he is a good doctor.Sometimes hes hard to get a hold of, but then again I just see one of the other doctors if necessary.

i was his patient for 12 years and only saw him when really sick. he dumped me on another doctor because i never needed that much medication i felt like a waste of his time. he took my husband on full force because he takes LOTS of pills. well good thing i found a better doctor

He was my doctor for a short time but I found him to be a real drug pusher, always trying to give you a prescription for at least 2 drugs every visit. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone
