ALWAYS ready to listen and give a professional opinion in a kind, forthright, and human way, and has sought my opinion going forward. He strongly recommends, doesn't force, but lays out the facts and consequences along with his education opinion. My kids call him Dr. Seuss, because he's friendly and laughs with them.

My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Swinton since he opened his practice in Sherwood Park. and I have to say he is second to none. We would both recommend him highly to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I have been a patient with Dr Swinton since he opened his practise in Sherwood Park.
He is a caring, wonderful person and excellent ..doctor. I have nothing negative to say, just keep up your wonderful work. I'm now a senior and have seen many GPs over the years, he is absolutely the best.
Whenever he is late seeing me, I realized there is someone who required a longer visit, I don't mind, he has spent extra time with me when I needed it.

Dr Swinton was nothing short of amazing for all 3 of my pregnancies. He was very informative, knowledgeable and caring. I could go on and on about how amazing he is and write a huge long comment. I'll leave it at this. Dr. Swinton &his staff are amazing. If they are accepting new patients I highly suggest you go to him.

I've been seeing Dr. Swinton for a few years now and he's been nothing short of a God-sent miracle for me. He takes so much time to listen to every concern that you have and really makes sure he checks all the boxes before he comes up with a diagnosis or treatment plan. He also knows his prescriptions like the back of his hand-- tells me why he thinks I should be on a certain medication, what that medication does, how it works, and alternatives to it incase I don't like the side affects. He's been excellent at referring me to specialists as well, I rarely have to wait extended periods of time to get into my referred specialist.

However, Dr. Swinton has one flaw, which can be easily overlooked. Sometime's he's a few minutes (longest I've had to wait was 30 minutes) late to his appointment with you, but that's because he's so thorough with all his patients. He does his due diligence, but also will go above and beyond for you to really get to the root of an issue, which is why he takes so long sometimes. Some patience with him is an easy trade off to me for some real quality care. If Dr. Swinton is accepting patients I highly recommend you take advantage of it.

I was referred to him to be my ob. He was 45 mins late to my first app and they had a resident doctor working who came to see me and no one asked me if I was Ok with another doctor in. The resident doctor took all the information and Dr. Swinton came and said nothing. He showed no interest in anything. Didn't bother to say ANYTHING literally ANYTHING. This was at his millwoods practice. But the front desk staff is amazing.
