Was supposed to be our family doctor. Met seemed to go good. Never met him after it was just nurse practitioners, only gave one month at a time for prescription refills. Had to wait two plus hours every time for said refills. Booked appointments only to be cancelled without our knowing. Every time you try to book an appointment you’re on hold for 30 plus minutes. Very unprofessional, maybe he is good but support staff is very poor. Do not recommend. Switched drs after a few short appointments. It would actually be nice to see a dr when you booked an appointment. Also was told he would have to approve me getting a prescription refill from anyone else. I’ve only ever seen a nurse practitioner besides our initial appointment. Last I checked this is about my health not his bottom line. Terrible.

Worst experience with a professional ever! He was rude arrogant, pushy, didn’t explain anything. Seemed to take out his frustrations with previous patients on me. After I waited 4.5hrs to see him. Told me can’t give a referral and I need to get one from my family doctor. Told him I don’t have a family doctor because it is hard to find one. Threaten to ban me from the clinic!
If I could give him a negative rating that he deserves I would.

Dr. Osama El-Nageh has been my doctor for about 8 years. I trust him with my life. I was in a car accident a few years ago and ended up with a severe back injury. He made sure I my pain was managed with the correct medications and sent me to specialists to help me control my symptoms. He always makes me feel like he truly cares.

Saw this Dr. a couple times his idea was always sending me to see someone else and waiting mths for appointments.
I do usually have questions as I try to be pro active about my health, this one day when I was trying to talk to him he was curt, verbally abusive, yelled at me, and said some very hurtful things. I went and sat in my car for 10 min crying. If one checks other reviews write-up are a bit concerning including the amount of clinics, he has worked in.
