I must say that Dr. Cepero is very personable and friendly. He gives you plenty of time and attention when you are with him in consultation. That's where it ends, the staff is mediocre at best, they never answer the phones and never return phone calls. Good luck getting lab orders from them, unless you pester them repeatedly, and who has time for these shenanigans. We are all busy people and the last thing you want is to call repeatedly requesting them, one time should be sufficient. And forget about your appointment time, I've never had an on time appointment, usually the wait time is 3-4 hours at best. So take a good book/kindle or your iPad and be entertained for those 4 wasteful hours. Good Luck..!!!

The Doctor is amazing but the staff has to go. The punctuality sucks big time! If you make your appt at 11 you cant come in until 3 to 4 hours later.

I recently went to Dr. CEPERO and the staff was attentive and helpful. Dr. CEPERO took a good amount of time listening to my physical complaints. I found him to be kind and very well informed. By far the best internist I have gone to.

The doctor is never on time. I never had a waiting time of less than three hours! Staff never responds to telephone calls. I asked four times for a copy of the results of my lab tests, and I never got them.

This doctor was great in diagnosing a medical problem I have had for a while, and no other physician was able to alleviate my symptoms. He was courteous and attentive. The treatment and medicines he prescribed healed my medical problem. He is very caring and knowledgeable.
