Rudest staff ever, especially the woman named Jackie who answers the telephone calls. Canceled my appointment and the rude woman Jackie doesn't even apologize, just completely unprofessional in general and in words, giving me a take it or leave it attitude. (sorry you hate your job so much, Jackie). In addition, Dr. Anshelevich seems flaky and unreliable as well. Not qualities I look for in a physician. NO thanks! Plenty of better doctors with professional staff out there, avoid this one at all costs.

I used to see Dr. Anshelevich, for several years. I thought she was knowledgeable and very thorough. However, the office staff (receptionist and secretaries) were just very rude. I couldn't take their poor attitude any more and have switched doctors.

Have been going to her for years but doctor/patient relationship has deteriorated. Practice has gotten so large that you are just another number. Office staff is rude & the doctor doesn't have a problem with that. Doctor doesn't want you to voice your opinion & is not good with explaining options for treatment & does not say how often you need follow-up care. Always wants you to come in for an appt if you have a question instead of a quick phone call. Feels like they just want to get you in for appt's as much as possible so they can bill more. I would never go to this office again & would not recommend to anyone.

I am very disappointed with my experiences with this doctor. 2 yrs I saw her for severe stomach pain and I was told I had diverticulitis. 2 yrs later I had another epsiode. Come to find out I had a gallstone. I recently saw her again for the beginning of a sinus infection and was told I had a virus. I know the symptoms of an infection. She prescribed me a zpack which did nothing. I got worse and ended up seeing another member of the practice for correct antibiotics. With all the antibiotics, now I have more issues coming up. I will never see allow myself to see this dr again for as long as I go to the practice that she belongs to.
