He really looks out for his patients. So I don't mind waiting for him. They go out of their way to see my kids when they are sick. Most doctors could care less. I am grateful for Dr. Shepler and his staff.

This doctor is go at what he does, however, he is always late. He tend not to be honest with some things. If you can put up with that you have a good doctor.

The whole office staff is amazing. I've never felt more comfortable. You can tell everyone in this specific office loves their career. Wait time is hit or miss but totally worth it. They also get back,to,you promptly regarding test results.

Dr. Shepler is almost always late, but there's a good reason. He takes his time with each patient, doesn't rush them, and gives them top quality care. It's worth the wait for a doctor who knows his stuff and genuinely CARES about his patients!

About the only reason I continue going to St. Cat's Clinic is because of how much I like Dr. Shepler. He might always be late by 30+ minutes but it's obvious that is because he spends extra time with the patients; thereby making them feel important. However, some of his staff do not seem to follow in his footsteps: they are punctual but spend very little time with you and make you feel judged and meaningless to them. I hate that I will be charged about $150 for an office visit that consisted of an MA not telling me my vital signs and a PA who spent about 2-3 minute speaking with and assessing me. Once again, the only reason I continue to go there is because of Dr. Shepler and 2 of his medical assistants being kind, thorough, and attentive.

I have been taking my mom, in her 90's, to see Shelpler for 10 years. He is extremely rude to patients when he consistenly overbooks. The receptionists tell me that they book per his instructions. I have never waited less than 1 hour, sometimes up to 3 hours. This is inconsiderate of patients. I still take mom because she likes him - he laughs and jokes with her.

Dr Shepler is a very good, compassionate doctor. I am quite comfortable with him. He always takes his time when seeing me, I do not feel rushed. I've been seeing him for about 10 years. However, he is chronically late for appointments. It is massively annoying to sit there for 1-3 hours waiting for him, so for the last couple of years, I've been scheduling with one of his PA's now. I do like Will - he's pretty good guy an knows what he is doing. But, I might as well see someone else at this point. I think he has too many patients on his roster.

Dr. Neil Shepler has been my parent's Dr. for many, many years. My Mom went to Heaven almost 6 years ago and She absolutely LOVED Dr. Shepler. He treated her like she was his own Mom. Thank you Dr. Shepler from the bottom of my heart. Just recently he operated on my Daddy. It was a situation with a tumor in my Daddy's stomach and this progressed rapidly. My Daddy is 98 years old and again, Dr. Shepler treated him like family. I flew to Kenosha from Florida and helped my Daddy as he was in the hospital recuperating. Dr. Shepler came in and spent an hour with my brother and I while My daddy was eating. He encouraged my Daddy and took care of him in an excellent way. Again, Dr. Shepler, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I pray you will be Blessed exceedingly abundantly.........
