Finally, a doctor with sincere and deep empathy for their patients. One of the first times in my adult life I experienced the meaning of health”care” was with Dr V. Humble, attentive, honest, compassionate and reflective. God bless this doctor.

Dr.Leonid Vinnitsky is one of those doctors that you can be very comfortable with. He truly cares about you and your health. If you are having any issues, he will do everything he can to resolve them and figure them out . I hope he is around for a long time, because he will make sure I am too. The rudest doctor I have ever had. Condescending tone, poker face and no empathy. Didn’t do physical assessment or asked what kind of pain or other symptoms I have related to my concern. I’m a nurse and he probably didn’t know. Felt sorry for other patients who experienced what I experienced. I felt so confused and shocked right after my appointment. I really can’t believe he can treat a patient like a number.

this doctor is so busy or something that he doesn't have time to answer a question. he's rude and thinks his time is more valuable than other people. do not go to this doctor if you want your health to be taken seriously

I was fortunate to find Dr. Vinnitsky as there are many poor doctors around. He is very knowledgeable and will listen to me. He is like the old school doctors and I highly reccomend him.

Dr. Vinnitsky is a fine doctor, of course with his quirks.

Pros: Good listener, generally arrives on time (for a doctor), is very knowledgeable and experienced, is direct with information, gives good advice, and appointments can be booked in advance.

Cons: All appointments must be in person, has a lot of patients, always rushing and exhausted which can jeopardize help, medical referrals can be subpar, can be emotionally and socially disengaged, appointments can only be booked a few days in advance.

A note on the staff: the Surrey Central Medical Clinic staff and MOAs are generally always rushed and busy, which means that they often cannot properly care for patients. I requested to obtain a copy of my psychiatric medical records, but they could not fulfill the request. The clinic also has strange policies, like that Dr. Vinnitsky can only be booked for an appointment a few days beforehand, and calls to book must be made very early in the morning. The staff usually do not answer calls past 10-11 AM. My mother is also Dr. Vinnitsky's patient, and the staff failed to inform her of her diagnosis on time, and she only found out when she made an appointment out of her own volition to get feedback. There are no telephone or online appointments, and thus you are left with two options: get lucky and successfully call to book an appointment, or get in line in the cold at 8 AM for hours to see him as a walk in patient.
