Dr. Vinnitsky is a good doctor but do beware of the majority of clinical assistants that work there don't seem to give a rat's behind about you whatsoever. They expect you to speak to them respectfully yet it is okay for them to treat you disrespectfuly with no concern except for themselves. Dr. Vinnitsky is friendly and he too has his days but at least he doesn't take it out on his own patients. It would be such a shame to have to start looking for another good doctor all because of the female staff at the front desk including Trish,who is their manager, who don't seem to care.

I am writing this letter to display my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Leonid Vinnitsky. After an unfortunate passing of our family doctor of twenty years, our family was facing difficulties finding a new family clinic during the global pandemic. We received numerous recommendations for Dr. Vinnitsky from current clients but feared that the clinic was at max capacity. Despite being extremely busy, Dr. Vinnitsky accepted our family with open arms at a moment of need. Upon the first visit, Dr. Vinnitsky conducted himself professionally and displayed a great deal of care. Post first visit, multiple examination appointments were expedited to insure that my current condition was under control. Test results were provided to us by Dr. Vinnitsky himself in a timely manner, instilling trust and comfort in our family.

He has helped me thoroughly with every issue I was having and immediately helped find solutions. Very straight forward and doesn’t beat around the bush with his responses. He’s amazing, honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!!

The doctor is amazing! the Staff is terrible! the worst clinic's assistants ever! Any time you call they will put you on hold and never come back on the line! Simply ignoring you!!! If I would have known where to complain I would do it with no hesitation!
