We have lost a great Doctor to another country! Dr. Hurd was a caring, compassionate physician and will be greatly missed. Very knowledgeable and was not afraid to refer onto a specialist if felt needed. Her office hours were 9:15am-11:45am / 1:00pm-4:45pm and on Friday 9:15am / 1:15pm which were great. The phones were answered only during certain times of day but this is understandable as her receptionist TASHA was very busy looking after all of Dr. Hurd's and the Nurse Practitioners needs. Dr. Hurd had an excellent receptionist that was caring and would go out of her way to help you! Did feel that maybe Tasha was a little overworked on some days that I visited with Dr. Hurd. Overall received excellent care!

Sadly Dr.Hurd has left Canada. I waited to get a Dr and was thrilled when my family got Dr.Hurd. After 5 years of duty she has shut down her pratise in Sussex. I really thought we would have a family Dr for along time...very dissapointed and wish the government would make Dr's stay longer for the money they recieve to open shop here. We will miss her.

Transferred to Dr. Hurd when my other doctor transferred to hopsice..I find her very knowledgeable and very anxious to get you well again...not a pill pusher but recommends strongly when she feels I need them...very pleasant personality and compassionate...

I have had Dr Hurd sence she has come to sussex . She has benn the best doctor I have ever had Very Very Good doctor .I have lung cancer and if I have any problems I just call her office and she is calling me back as soon as she gets a spare moment even on her lunch break .A very caring dr

Incredible Doctor with skills beyond her age. I am a senior and she surprises me with new meds that are beneficial to me. She is not a pill pusher and talks about healthy habits. Excellent listener and has a way of getting you to do what she as a professional knows what is good for you. Bravo!

Dr. Hurd doesn't seem very concerned with any issuses I have about the food allergys I have, other than try and avoid those foods. Very unprofessional seeing how I can barely eat anything, only place I can find any help is the internet. Terrible hours. 9-11:30,1-4. friday 9-11:30. Wish I had those hours. Doesn't get back to you when she says she will. Seems like a great doctor for kids just for regular check ups. I find her unknowledgeable. However this is just my opinion.

She is a kind,understanding,compassionate Dr.She takes everything one step at a time. She dosen't fool around with any diagnosis, she is quick to refer to a specialist. Contacts on the phone with issues. She takes the time to listen. Makes me feel at ease with questions that I may think are stupid. Very proud to have her as my Dr.

I have had 5 doctor and Dr Hurd is the best doctor, I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable. She takes time to answer all the questions that you may have. Excellent Doctor!!!We are extremely lucky to have her!!!
