The person who wrote that Dr. Bhakta was late for appointments has written their review on the wrong doctor. Dr. Bhakta is an neonatologist and only sees patients in the hospital.

Liked the Dr., hated office staff. After continual problems with billing, getting a human being on the phone, difficulty in even getting through to get appointment I gave up on this practice. We used this Dr for the first 18 months with my daughter, and EVERY SINGLE appointment ran at least an hour late. Felt very anonymous, he never remembered her from visit to visit (all well baby checks). I finally gave up and found a new ped who is not only wonderful, but who has great staff.

A really great doctor. He really cares about the babies and has great people skills. He gets along well with the parents and the staff. Extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of our baby!
