Best doctor. I have been with him for more than 10 years. When I first met him I was on my late 30s. I didn't have too many health complaints then. But now that I am 50+ yo, things have changed healthwise. And Dr Mark Vaisman is still the same nice doctor. He has time for all your questions. Tip: 1. be ready with your parking meter quarters. $1 for an hour. 2. setup an appointment to verify you test results. 3. the office opens at 9 am. Not a minute early. closes at 12 to 2. opens again at 2 pm. not a minute early. 4. bring your smile even though you are sick. Dr Vaisman belongs to a family of doctors. They are very kind people. Specially with their time. They share so much time to sick people.

The Office Manager Mayra is completely unqualified and rude. She is probably very unpleasant to cover up her inadequacies, but she has no business dealing with patients. Dr Vaisman needs to fire his entire office staff for incompetence. I changed doctors rather than dealing with these brain dead idiots. Unfortunately, Dr. Vaisman accepts this behavior, which makes him look bad as well.

I have to agree with all the comments I just read (above) except for the good ones. I was put on hold for about 21 minutes, hung up and called back later in 5 minutes to find a answer machine. I got a better response from the answer machine then the staff he has working for him. Let's talk about the doctor now, I cannot believe he is still a doctor. Thank God I only had to see him twice but the two times I visited him, I had to ask him and tell him all my concerns in one sentence before he walks out the door while he's answering your questions or problems you have.. Overallllll... He sucks!!!!!!!!!!

The front desk staff are the worst people in the medical business. Very unprofessional and do not care about patients. No people skills.

Had to change the doctor due to extremely bad staff and poor care. They never greet the patients, when I tried to say "hello", the receptionist mocked me. I came oin time to find the door locked, then after a few minutes of knocking the receptionist came out unlocked the door, but never even bothered to open it and to say hello. I complained to the doctor about the rudeness of the staff, he replied that most of his patients "liked the girls at front desk."

Had an appt. today and it was a great experience. On time, pleasant staff; Dr V took time to listen to me and my concerns as well as doing a thorough exam, and put in a referral for a continuing problem I'm having. Thanks!

Worst Staff Award, 3 yrs running. They don't know how to file insurance claims, then make the patient do all the work to get it changed, then never admit they don't know how to do their jobs. Have no idea how to deal with people either in person or on the phone. Dr Vaisman should be embarrassed. As for the Doc: asks how you're doing, then when you tell him what's wrong, offers no ideas for solutions unless you bring them up first. I guess on the up side, it forces the patient to be active in their own care!

Staff is very rude and their skills fly in the face of common sense and all things taught in Nursing 101. Took my weight without instructing me to take off my heavy coat or remove personal belongings (the book in my hand was included in my weight). She also never took my blood pressure and then falsified a number on my examination sheet. Second assistant never washed her hands before taking my blood with what I CAN ONLY HOPE was sterilized equipment. Doctor was lazy and did not seem to care. I will never see this doctor again!!

I left a voicemail for someone to call me back to make an appointment and never heard back. Only when I called and a live person answered did I get an appointment. When I showed up, nobody greeted me; in fact they closed the reception window. 10 minutes after my appointment time I was asked to sign in. The girl who took my blood was great--very friendly and sweet and competent. But I told the doctor I needed a referral to a dermatologist and he told me I didn't, that he'd just give me some spot cream. I told him I had vaginal itching & burning, that the over-the-counter meds weren't working--he just said don't worry, it's not an STD, didn't give me anything for it and now I have a horrible yeast infection. I called today to see if he could call in a prescription and left a message but don't have faith anyone will actually respond.

Staff is unhelpful and not friendly. I had to tell the Dr. basically how to treat my asthma and don't feel the $75 cash fee up front is worth the care i got.
