The staff are young and don't seem to pay attention well. They are polite enough, but do not seem to have that special care for each patient. I rated "unhelpful" because staff and Dr. Kwok will get you to make an appointment for every small issue or question just so they can get money from your co-pay. They claim that it's a billing issue when you want to take care of more than one issue per visit. How ridiculous. Wouldn't you want to get as many problems fixed or questions answered to try to see your doctor once a year if possible? Why not get as much done as possible so that the patient won't be inconvenienced with time away from work and less copays!
