Had a tele app, he never called. When I called the help desk they said he marked down an attempt to call me but I was staring at my phone the entire time and have zero missed calls, he flat out never made any attempt to keep the appointment whatsoever.

I found him to be very understanding & compassionate. I think that he really was concerned for me but as it always goes when you work for kaiser, he didnt have time all day for me. But he did take a good deal of time for me.

Dr. Awsare was helpful, curteous, cheerful, and brisk without being hurried. Get him as your PCP if you can!
