Dr Prudente is incredibly caring and concerned. My family inherited him when our old internist, whom we adored, left the practice. He has more than filled the big shoes. He has been such an incredible resource. He is very knowledgeable and responsive to both phone calls and emails. He takes a lot of time and never makes his patients feel rushed. He is the real thing: a doctor who truly cares about his patients. I actually don't think I have enough words to adequately convey how much confidence Dr P inspires and knowing that he's there is a huge comfort for my family and me. He has great referels, an excellent staff, and a well-run office. We consider ourselves lucky to have Dr P as our family physician.

Dr. P is extremely thorough, not only as to the physical elements, but the mental as well. Dr. P has taken the time to get to know his patients medical history and what makes them tick on a day to day basis. He is a very good listener, very caring, never too busy to listen and will always respond quickly via email. His nursing staff are all very good listeners as well and very skilled at their profession.

Dr. Prudente took over from my retiring internist, whom I loved and I believe saved my life. So my attitude was "we'll see" and I'm happy to say we've been a perfect match for well over a decade. He's very responsive, even answering emails promptly, and I look forward to seeing him and his staff.

Ernie has been my doc for the past decade. He is fantastic listener and keeps up to date on all of the latest developments in the medical world. You're lucky if you find a great doctor of similar age to grow old with and I have. Shame that he's an Eagles fan :)

Dr. Prudente has been my internist since he joined Westside Internal Medicine. I feel that we have a very personal relationship. I am especially pleased with his personal attention to my needs. When I asked him a question via email, he responded quickly and sent me to the facility that was able to cure my condition. I would rate him 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Love the helpful, friendly staff! Dr P takes his time to listen to me and helps me with whatever ails me...it's great to see that his Nurse Practitioner can see me if his schedule is full, too. 5 Stars!
