very unprofessional staff, very knowledgeable doctor, the only reason you go to him

It pains me to write a bad review for anyone, but in this instance I feel I have to, because my mom would have been dead due to Dr. Esfandiari's neglegance. My mom was a patient of Dr. Esfandiari for several years, until couple of years ago he ordered a "MRI" to be done, from my mom's brain. At the "MRI" lab, the lab technician (god bless him) after looking at the information papers that my mom (my brother filled because my mom doesn't speak English) had just filled out, informed them that "MRI" would cause a severe bleeding in her brain because she has metal clips in her head! Needless to say that the lab technician was shocked that Dr. Esfandiari had requested "MRI" done, while having access to this vital information in my mom's medical file! When my mom contacted Dr. Esfandiari's office and told them about this hideous mistake , not only she didn't receive an apology, but his office manager (nastaran) dismissed it offhandedly, and said, "Oh really? The Dr. Must have forgotten"!!

Dr. Esfandiari has been my doctor for the past two years. He cares more than any other doctors I have visited so far. He takes his time to listen to me and ask different questions to make sure about my heath situation. He is very knowledgable. He has great staffs and they have always been very helpful and very polite. I have always made appointment to see the Dr. and sometimes I do not meet the Dr. on time partially due to other walking patients with no appointments based on emergency and no emergency bases and the issue that this Dr. cares so much for his patients takes alot of time with each patient which effects other appointments timing. Overall I give 5 star to Dr. Esfandiari and his staff but you may wait a little bit longer to see such a great Dr.

The wait time is horrible. the staff is very rude and unfriendly. not enough seats while waiting for so long to see the doctor. when you do any tests they never call you or update you,,you have to keep begging them for the results. his wife and daughter work there too and they very unorganized.

He is a very helpful and knowledgeable dr. He cares and listens to you unlike the other doctors he doesn't even care about payments and type insurance. And I love his staff very nice and friendly .if I need to see him and he is booked for the he stayed for me after hours (9:00 pm) and he works on Saturday which is very good for people who are working week days overall he is such a great doctor.

waiting time 4-6 hours!take a meal with you.once I complaind office manger told me I could go to another doctor,and frankly I now do.

Very long wait, up to 11 hours. Usually 6 hour wait minimum. If you go to another doctor, you will get the same results in 30 minutes.

Very knowledgable. Always at least an hour wait...but it's because he takes his time to actually listens to the patients and provide information about the diagnosis so that we understand what we have...overall a very good and caring doctor
