I can’t say enough good things about the service offered to me over the past 24 years by this amazing doctor. He is so kind and listens so well. I believe he has saved my life a few times over. I feel very lucky that even though he is so busy he makes me feel special and it is great that he is training new doctors in his ways. Thank you dr Picard!

Great doc, but the admin support is disgusting. Never have I ever had a doc office admin be so rude in my life. Considering the state of RA patients and the brain fogging meds they are on, this admin support has ZERO empathy and should not be working in any public service anywhere ever. My wife could hardly believe the way she spoke to me and hung up on me. Now I have no appointment with a crippling disease and health is plummeting. All because of a missed appointment. How much time we have all spent waiting in waiting rooms far past appointment times and this is how you are treated when you miss your appointment with meds that cause brain fog. So disheartening to think that someone could treat a sick patient like this.

In risky kind thoughtful empathetic and knowledgeable. He is committed to his patients to the highest levels and goes well out of his way to make his patients feel heard and helped. He is the kindest most caring and sought after Rheumatologist in the Martins provinces. Very lucky to have him- wish he could clone himself so others could benefit from his professionalism and knowledge. I have the highest regard foe this amazing doctor.
