He seems caring and patient. That makes it seem as if he is actually listening and learning abotu me as a patient. In reality, he has already made up his mind that "there is nothing wrong" long before he stepped into the office. SOmetimes, he doesn't read the lab tests in full and also says "it's normal" because the first part is. Then, if he looks down... oops, then he tries to correct himself by saying it's not that abnormal anyway. That happened three times. Also, despite seeming very kind 99% of the time, he did throw a temper tantrum at me once.
