Dr. Santos is Rude and insensitive. She Didn't even look at me. Assumed Why I was there before speaking to me and I had to ask for blood work to be done. She never suggested it. Never again.

I've been her patient for 2 years and even though I have high blood pressure and diabetes she has never used a stethoscope. She does not show compassion during my visits.

Have had as my primary for over 15 yrs and am looking for another internist. Used to be really good doctor, taking time to listen, ask questions, delve into problems/concerns. That has changed significantly over time, and I just bypassed her when I started having serious neurological issues, just went with top neurologists since my insurance allowed me to do this without using primary as a "go between". A physical (first in long time since I'd been seeing so many other doctors) was the clincher: Nurse gave me more time, asked more questions than the doctor, who spent most of her time talking about herself. Did not ask any questions about any of the serious brain lesions, neurological issues, serious balance issues, ongoing double vision, etc. That's my last visit to this office. And yes, this last appointment had been canceled by the office and rescheduled TWICE.

She's very unprofessional. She cancelled my annual checkup appointment because i was late for 15 minutes even though i normally wait for them 30 minutes to 1 hour before they treat me. If you value your time and want professional doctor and staff, look for another Doctor.

A four year old noticed I was really sick, due to my greyish coloring- However the staff and the Doctor did not notice. After waiting (as an emergency ) for 2 hours, I was sent to the emergency room. This Doctor does not have a clue as to what she is doing and her concern for patients is missing.

I feel as though she is rushed and rushes you out the door without really listening to your symptoms or concerns. Does not call you with test results but sends you a letter to give you the results.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Santos. She bills herself as a lung expert, but misdiagnosed my pneumonia as COPD so that I suffered for months before I went to another doctor, got the antibiotics which were all I needed and recovered.
