Very unprofessional , self defensive and argumentative to any questions that may disagree with her. Not knowledgeable. Her front desk employee is very rude, condoned by Binoy. I received poor treatment. She couldn't complete a pre_op exam. I had to go see another Dr to have my surgery on schedule.

rude is not the word for this doctor i will gladly drive to ft myers for my new doctor i simply cant believe i wasted my time going to this doctor the amount of years i did but i wanted to b e nice and give second chances well i gave way too many second chances well not no more the front desk is rude as well

this doctor is so freaking rude and so is her staff I'm so glad I will no longer be a patient of hers and all my family and friends no longer want to be her patients a swell

Absolutely, the worst doctor I've ever been to, she doesn't realize that here in America patients are allowed and expected to ask questions of their physician. She became angry with me while I was in the hospital for heart problems and ordered the immediate discontinuation of my oxygen although it had been approved and paid for by my insurer. Although her staff is pleasant and helpful, she has a lot to learn about how to speak to people and, in my opinion, has a very poor bedside manner.

She has been my husband’s doctor and mine for over 5 yrs and we have found her to be very RESPONSIBLE and knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk with and always tries to answer all questions and concerns I've had. She doesn't pretend to "know it all" and has had no problems with second opinions or referring me or my husband to a specialist. In the years I have been her patient, I have never felt rushed through an appt...this is important to me. Her staff is wonderful. They are always cheerful and NEVER make me feel like I'm "inconveniencing" them...whether it's on the phone or in the office. Her office understands the limits of insurance companies and works exceptionally well with those companies to give patients the best care they can. They don't shy away from the extra work it sometimes takes to accomplish that.

Tore knee cartlidge while on vacation 1400 miles Refused referral for cortisone to elliviate pain until I could return home. When home delayed referral to orthopedic for two weeks so I could get blood work done. Saw ortho. Immediately scheduled for surgery
