He isn't wearing a mask during a pandemic. Seeing patients without a mask puts the public at risk. There is no social distancing in the office too

Awful. Never sees his patients on time but a patient is expected to come in on time. You are left waiting 45 min at a min for an appoinment. Very manual office. Not an effective doctor. If you are looking to wait and not have your health managed this is the doctor for you .

Dr. Chan is always patient to seniors, trying to explain in their understanding ways and get things done.

Worst doctor. For physical exam, you will need three appointment - one for blood and general, one for pap test and one for blood test results even if the test result is normal.

Worst doctor in Toronto, ask the patient stupid and offensive question (such as nose bleeding for example, how much blood, a tea spoon or a bucket?). Wondering how he got his medical licence in the first place...

Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say about this doctor. His knowledge is limited and he is not a good communicator.
