This doctor does not return important phone calls and did not make a call to our insurance company that she said she would make to help our son get an insulin pump. No one from her office will answer whether she called or not and she does not return our calls to find out if she has called, but our insurance company has said she has not called. In the meantime, our son is taking nine injections a day to control his blood sugars! We will not take our son back to this woman because of her total lack of respect for her patients. We now have to find another doctor and start the whole process again, which will delay our son getting a pump even longer.
