Dr. Pandolfi is great. Kind, Caring, Highly Skilled BUT Not impressed at all with a few of the staff. Sheli seems intent on refusing to allow access to doctor even when I left messages to speak with Dr. personally…after I was hospitalized a few days before. I had spoken with Nurse/Practitioner or her scheduler previously to make appt. and was told (with uncaring attitude) that doctor couldn’t see me for 3 months or her for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I ended up in ER and admitted for over 2 days with severe dehydration and malnutrition. Doctor Pandolfi wadn’t even aware that I was in hospital. I just happened to see him on my hospital floor and we had a conversation. He told me to get in touch with Shelli directly in future. I did call soon after to speak with him but Shelli continues to get on line and ask if she could help me. I told her, no and that I’d really rather speak directly with him. She told me yesterday that she was having a meeting with him following morning and get with him. No return phone call this morning and still waiting. I don’t have faith that in future I’ll get good care from her or the Nurse Practitioner. I understand they need to protect doctor time and space but I’m at a crossroads. I want to stay under his care but not so sure now. Very Disappointing

Dr. Pandolfi is a fantastic doctor. He never makes me feel stupid about my questions or concerns. He is caring and gets down to the root of the issue instead of trying to mask it. He did a surgical procedure on me as well and was extremely professional and made me feel at ease.

Not only did this man save my father's life, he is also the only advanced endoscopist who can do single balloon enteroscopy at Edward hospital. Hands down the most caring and brilliant physician the southwest suburbs has in the GI space. A gem of a human being.

Dr Pandolfi is a wonderful caring physician who took extra time with myself and my husband to explain his test results even going so far as to pull up the images and review them with us. We were very pleased with the interactions we had with everyone we encountered in his office. His assistant Shelli made sure we understood all information that was provided to us and even provided us with a phone number to call her directly if we had any questions . We would highly recommend Dr Pandolfi.

Dr Pandolfi is very knowledgable and compassionate. He took a lot of time explaining my fathers diagnosis to him and our family. His assistant Shelly has been so helpful to us. Both Dr Pandolfi and Shelly show such compassion to their patients.

This doctor made an error in my procedure causing serious complications. I had a follow up with a doctor at a well known hospital and he vocalized how he felt this doctor had not done this procedure correctly.

He was very rude to his patient. After procedure(ERCP), his explanation was not helpful. When I asked him, he prevaricated.
