Wrecked my back after 2 spine surgeries.. Chronic pain now and attend pain mgmt clinics now for life. Life was awful now even worse. SPINE SURGERY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! ..unless you have bowel bladder issues or cauda equina...other than that....DO YOUR RESEARCH...stick with his non invasie injection therapy at Myomed...Thank you for nothing.

Dr Grant is very compassionate of his patient's needs and concerns. He actually listens and provides the best solutions to relieve your symptoms. Before surgery, Dr Grant had me laughing and totally reassured of what was going to take place. His office manager is the most efficient, kind and caring assistant. Ingrid is the very best there is.

Dr. Grant was compassionate, straight-forward and professional. He was completely honest when discussing the possible outcome of my surgery and made it clear that there were no guarantees on how much mobility I would regain or how much the pain would be reduced. That being said I woke up from surgery able to walk again and with a manageable amount of pain. All this was during the height of covid and knowing how severe my case was he expedited my surgery to the best of his ability under the difficult circumstances. His receptionist Ingrid is an Angel and I could not be more grateful that I was referred to him.

I would like to retract a previous review that I posted.
Dr. Grant has followed up and is looking into existing post surgery pain.
I'm not sure what happened in the 5 months of not hearing from them but we are on track now.
Ingrid has been very helpful.
As a surgeon Dr Grant is very good and approachable.

An absolutely amazing doctor.
In an emergency situation Dr Grant was right there when I requested him and the following day he operated on my spine. He gave me back my ability to walk again.
His secretary is also very helpful. When I needed an MRI right away she told me where I should go for fast results.

I would highly recommend Dr. Grant. I have had Dr. Grant do two surgeries and hopefully that is the last! He is a VERY competent, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. His secretary, Ingrid is very pleasant and helpful. I am thankful I was placed in Dr. Grant’s capable hands!

Dr. Grant was amazing. He is honest and straight forward, which is helpful when making a tough decision. I have been dealing with back pain and numbness for several years and other doctors did not seem to take me seriously. He was genuine and took one look at my MRI and had a plan immediately! His secretary, Ingrid is also straight to the point and helpful! I had my surgery May 6 and am on the mend. Thank you Dr. Grant and team!!!

I could not have had a more miserable experience with Dr. Grant and his receptionist. The day before my appointment his receptionist phoned me to ask if I could switch my appointment from 12:30pm to 9:00am, as the doctor had a clinic directly after my appointment. I told her that unfortunately I wasn't available to come in prior to 12:30pm. She then snapped "Well make sure you're not late!". The next day I was in an Uber on my way to the hospital when my phone rang at noon. It was the receptionist, telling me that it was important that I arrive 10 or 15 minutes early, because the doctor was on a tight schedule. At that moment, the Uber got into an accident with another vehicle. I told the receptionist what had just happened, and that I would phone her back. 10 minutes later, in a new Uber, I phoned to say that I was on my way again, and that I would be there by 12:30pm. She actually screamed at me, "you need to arrive early! Dr. Grant has a clinic to get to!" She showed no empathy or compassion for the fact that I had just been in an accident! When I arrived (at exactly 12:30pm), the doctor entered the room without greeting me, and rushed me through my appointment in less than 5 minutes. He could not have been less caring. Do yourself a favor - stay away from this doctor and his receptionist.

Dr. Kevin Grant is an AMAZING doctor AND human being. He is genuinely true to his trade, just as a professional surgeon should be. Other so called medical professionals should be looking to learn from him and should have the decency to line up in front of him and lay their fancy pens/scalpel on his desk. I'm as serious as a heart attack when I say God put him on this world for a reason AND he is a "MEDICAL GENIUS"!!!!! This is my word of honor to ALL of you reading this. Dr. Kevin Grant is the real deal and people have nothing to worry about.
I have had my 1st back surgery with the good Doctor back in 2016. After a recent fall, I've been recommended to other surgeons only to be furthered let down. I'm gonna stop playing around with these fools that can't even show me they're serious about my condition and call this man like I should've from the beginning. See you soon Doc!
