He did my knee replacement and it hurts more now, 3 years later, then it did before he touched it. His surgical skills are only exceeded by his rotten personality... Am going to see another doctor and hopefully he can fix "herbs" poor surgical skills..

I and my son loved Dr. Percival and his staff. Very nice and attentive. My son plays football and Dr. Percival was straight up no run around like I had with the previous dr my son had. Dr Percival is a no nonsene dr. he doesn't baby or give you what you want to hear but what you need to hear from a Dr. Staff was great and awesome, Dr. Percival just released my son from his shoulder injury. Gave my son great advice as well.

Disgusting, abusive treatment of my daughter. Rushed, interruptive, awful listener. Insulting, sarcastic, unprofessional to a shocking degree. Will not go back, and am filing a formal complaint. Was waiting to see if we were on Candid Camera. Nuts. Bizarre.

Wonderfully kind staff. Wonder if they are trying to compensate for this man's arrogance. Not a god complex, so much as devil complex.

Should lose his license. Who verbally attacks a teenager and parent in under 8 minutes? What just happened??

Dr Percivals assistant, Gina, is just one of the many unprofessional office staff employed there. Fortunately, Dr Percival is an excellent surgeon or I would never have stayed with them. After a Friday surgery, the hospital staff called Gina to find out where my pain medication prescription had been called in to. She never returned their call. After three separate calls on the following Monday, a comment of "she thought the Dr had already called it in" was given as an excuse by another office member. Gina did not even come to the phone to apologize or get more info. A prescription for a med I specifically said made me sick and i couldnt tolerate was finally called in 4 days after my surgery. Needless to say, I told the pharmacy to put it back on the shelf. In a separate incident, 6 of us in the waiting room witnessed the staff making fun of a patient after they had left. Laughing and making rude comments. Not OK.

This doctor has to have the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I had a horrible experience and my poor teenage daughter would rather be in pain than go see this man again. He is probably a really smart doctor, but so rude and obnoxious it is impossible to deal with. On top of that his nurse uses the same lie over and over and over again "I just submitted the request on-line" and never does what she says. If you can handle the bedside manner and don't need any orders for tests etc, I am sure he knows what he is doing and will get you fixed. Otherwise, find someone else.. I would rather waste my time and money on a second opinion just so I do not have to deal with this office again.

As a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner I found Dr. Percival to be an excellent physician. He like all physicians think people should wait to see them.

What a great Doc. I see people hit him for his "Punctuality", but he wants to make sure everyone knows what is going on, you can't hit a guy for spending extra time with a patient's. He is a great person, and Doc. Mark

Great surgeon. Fixed my shoulder. Not the best bedside manner in the world though. If you go there, be prepared to hear what he has to say, and then he's off to the next patient. Bottom line, my shoulder works again. Staff is bad about returning phone calls.

Herb is the most knowlegeable, considerate, and down to earth doctor I've ever had. And his language....if you need an ortho and are in this area - go to him!!!
