Following knee surgery and post 4-months recovery, I rate my overall experience as positive for the following reasons: communication and knowledge (the processes were explained at length and I was prepared mentally and emotionally due to excellent communication skills and time spent with the surgeon, surgeon asst, and office staff); and surgical skills (my results are 100% successful). Without reservation I recommend Dr. Mehserle for your orthopedic needs.

We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mehserle for a concerning issue (possibly cancer). We arrived on time for the appointment and filled out six pages of paperwork. At the appointment time, an office worker appears and says that Dr. Mehserle is refusing to see my wife because my wife is seeing another orthopaedic surgeon. We told her that she was not seeing another orthopaedic surgeon and asked her the name of the surgeon with whom he thought we were seeing. The office worker couldn’t tell us the name of the other surgeon and refused to ask Dr. Mehserle. We asked to see Dr. Mehserle but he refused to talk to us so we were forced to leave without seeing anyone.
We wasted the time waiting for the scheduled appointment day. We wasted the time waiting in the waiting room for the scheduled appointment time. We waste time filling up six pages of personal information, which was never returned to her. If Dr. Mehserle didn’t intend on seeing my wife, he should have notified her shortly after making the initial appointment. His actions delayed, compromised and adversely affected my wife’s medical care.

Dr Mehserle is an excellent doctor. From my hip replacement, I only have good things to say about him.

Dr. Mehserle is a very good, kind and knowledgeable doctor. He replaced my hip a few years ago with excellent results. He was always available to me and took the time to explain the procedure and treatment to me. He never made me feel rushed and a lways answered all my questions in easy to understand language. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Mehserle truly cares about the patient. You never feel like you are just a number. He has been treating myself and other family members for 12 years and we have never had anything but the highest praise for him.
