Will never see. Michael again! All he cares about is the money. my copay was waived by UHC. He wouldn't even come out to speak with me. The coward was hiding in his office & sent one of his girls out to try and collect a $35 copay

Called was left on hold twice in the same call. Called on another line and still no return call. Pathetic.. I will not get my surgery done by this kind of help.

Dr. Buscemi took care of me after my arm was broken in a car accident. He and his PA are both very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. Very prompt attention, low wait times, good staff. His front office staff went through a turn-over recently but the new employees are doing a good job. Highly recommend this orthopaedic provider.

I've had 2 knee replacement surgeries, both done by Dr. Buscemi. My surgeries went well and I feel as though these are my real knees. I found his office staff to be very helpful, caring and supportive. My wait time in the waiting area is usually less than 15 minutes. My office visits are never rushed and my questions are answered in a way that I understand all the information I am given. I highly recommend this doctor and would rate him a 10 if I could.

Upon my one & only visit to Dr. Buscemi all was well disguised with the Office Staff....the doctor himself was pleasant and thorough. My HUGH COMPLAINT is the office staff...very rude and incompentant. I went to an appoint on Dec 20 and was given a form to go to outpatient services. The staff makes you believe this is ok however the procedure needed to be approved by the insurance company.They are avoiding their responsibilities and not performing their work. Today is January 30 and I never got the outpatient services and have recieved nothing but the run-around and rude responses from the staff. I did take the initiative to call my insurance company and try to follow through as to what I should do. Their response was: THE DOCTORS OFFICE NEEDS TO DO THIS. Tracey who ever she is was the rudess most disrespectful person ever. Selly appears nice but bites like a snake & over talks the patient. Janet the office manager avoids calls. Dr, Buscemi you need ALL NEW staff.

Was refered to this Dr buy hospital emergency room for a fractured radius arm bone at the elbow. Due to the pain my fiancee was put in a cast, the cast was too tight and we went to have it redone. The Dr decided he would cut and pop the cast then tape it togehter. As My fiancee was not happy with this another member of his staff came in and said they waanted us to be happy and cut the rest of the cast off and said they would put a new one on. After she was done she can back and said that he would not put another cast on and said he would treat it with a sling and we were told that we could get a sling at Walgreens. I will never go back to this Dr as he and his staff do not care about patients or what is right when they make a mistake and done want to fix it properly.

Dr Buscemi was extremely pleasant, diagnosed my torn rotor cuff almost immediately, confirmed it with an MRI and I am just awaiting my primary's approval. Office staff was very good and professional. I was very pleased with the visist

Dr Buscemi has moved to Sheldon and removed the front office that was with the previous doctors at the MLK location. I've had great experience with both and have always felt important to Dr. Buscemi. The previous practice off of MLK is still at MLK so I would avoid the old company and I'm staying with Dr. Buscemi. I get a great response when I call in and my wait times have been less than 15 mins.

This Doctor was extremely rude and his assistant was even worse. I felt like an idoit with the way the doctor talked to me. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and saw front desk roll their eyes when i asked how long it would be. I will never go back
