This is a wonderful doctor. I feel very lucky to have him and his staff care for me. He is in high demand so the wait is to be expected. Jackie and Rebecca took excellent care of me right up to the last detail. I was given specific days and times expertly written out as to my appointments. The doctor is warm and trustworthy. Thank

This office is way OVER STAFFED, horrible, rude and IN NEED OF BETTER TRAINING!!! When you call the office expect to get hung up on repeatedly or when you finally get a person you will be placed on hold for 20 minutes... even to make an appointment. They do not give confirmation calls or any type of decent communication about - Follow ups, RX, authorizations, and they give horrible referrals. The office staff represents the doctor in a sense, if I was their boss, I'd fire all of them, put competent employees in there.

Changed surgery date/time 5 times without notifying me at all I kept mentioning the time and they would say "Oh, it has been changed" Horrible time getting them to call refferals for pre op appointments. Never came and told me how my surgery was. (I am 9 days post op) I have called to ask what type of pain is normal so I know if I should go to ER or just tough it out. No call back. POOR

Always a long wait and always rushed when he sees you. The staff isn't very helpful either.

I called four times and left messages but never got call back. Spent 5 mins with us on our appointment, said needed to talk with receptionist than walked to another room. We waited for 30 mins until he came out but just asked us to make another appointment. :-(
