Dr. Bruno performed a carpal tunnel fix in the off ice that had a very poor outcome. One year later I am in more constant pain than before the surgery. Unfortunately his response on post-op visits was a pat on the back and "It will get better." I would have appreciated less condescension and more practical help. Although I preregistered online before my first visit I was sent downstairs for more registration, then came back up only to have my appointment cancelled because I was now 10 minutes late. This is a money mill, and I don't recommend this surgeon.

Dr Bruno is smart, upbeat and spends time asking questions and explaining details. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident which put me at ease, since my sudden onset symptoms brought me to a new part of medicine where my expertise is limited. Dr Bruno and his staff exude positivity, so appts are stress-free! Highly recommended!

He explained his exact approach to the repair of my injury, and my day in surgery could not have gone better. Dr. Bruno is the best around!

DR. Bruno did Carpal Tunnel release on both of my hands. They are now perfect with no numbness at all.Dr. Bruno is the best !

Dr Bruno is overcharging for services compared to others in this area. He charged $16,000. for double hand Carpal Tunnel surgery in his outpatient clinic (part owner) Northeast surgical, Newington, NH. The going rate for procedure in this area is $3000. for both, per Insurance and on-line at www.myMedicalCosts.com I have written several letters both to him and insurance, with no response from him. He does not return your calls, his PA does, unless you keep calling and explain you need to get message directly to him. He did not fix my carpal tunnel in one hand. Also, every office appointment ran 30-60 minutes late. I am going to pursue this further.
