Waited over an hour both times and he spent no more than five minutes with me. He said there was nothing wrong with me despite other doctors saying otherwise. He was very rushed as well as seemed irritated by my presence. I would never go back.

I had a spinal fusion, no complications, no problems, surgery eliminated the back, hip, leg, and foot pain. Using X-rays and an MRI, he explained the problems and I decided on

surgery. No regrets as everything went well and I am on the road to recovery and a pain free life.

Had ACDF Surgery 5/6/19. Dr. LaMacchia did great work! No pain since! Libby was great as well! Follow up care is excellent!

I had back surgery performed by Dr LaMacchia approximately two years ago, this was major spinal fusion! He explained the pro' s and con' s to me in great detail and left the final decision up to me. I agreed to move forward with this major surgery to elimate current and future pain.The surgical procedure was long and very involved. The out come was 100% sucessful. Dr LaMacchia did a wonderful job reconstructing my 72 year old splne. Thanks to Libby and physical therapy team and following there program "faithfully", i am not moving like i did at 20 years old but i feel great. So glad i had the surgery and Dr LaMacchia performed it. If your facing possible back surgery i totally recommend Dr LaMacchia and his team. A big thanks for getting me walking again with very little pain left!

Dr. LaMacchia was excellent. He gets to the matter at hand and tells you straight pros and cons. I had back surgery in February and by March I was feeling much better which surprised my for all the work he had to do. If you want a great no nonsense doctor John LaMacchia is for you.

Dr. Lamacchia was great - surgery went excellent - returned to see him on another issue I am having and received the same service. He tries everything else before surgery and you decide when you're ready. His assistant is great help too.

Dr. Lamaccia is very knowlegable and concerned. He spends the time he needs with each patient and answers all questions thoroughly and with respect. This attention to patient needs means you may spend a long time in the waiting room, but the wait is worth it in terms of medical care and a caring doc. Dr. Lamaccia tried other care procedures before recommending surgery. The surgery went extremely well and my recovery time was shorter than expected. I would highly recommend him.
