Great staff both on the phone and in the office. He spends a great deal of time with me even when it appears he is busy. He takes time explaining what I am experiencing and gives me options for treatment plans. He is succinct when he needs to be and empathetic when the test results are less than desirable. If I ever left Elko, I would return here for my orthopedic needs.

Although I the Dr was running behind I found that both him and his staff were very polite and listened to all of my complaints. He offered sotutions to problems that my previous MD refused to address.
