I took an elderly family member visiting from out of town to TMH due to an infection in her finger. Dr . Pedersen was excellent. She was compassionate and thorough. Showed real concern for her patient. Dr. Pedersen asked her to return to TMH on 2 more occasions for follow up visits. She went out of her way to ensure the infection was clearing. We give her a solid 5 stars.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. She was working the emergency at TMH and was awesome! Gave very helpful advice, and explained things to ensure I had a clear understanding!

Useless with no manners. She treats her staff and patients like mud on shoes. Thank god the military took her.

Dr. Pedersen is arrogant, not very knowledgeable and very rude. She should not be working with patients as she has no bedside manner. Probably the worst in all of my years of seeing doctors. I rarely go out of my way to complain about someone but felt I had to call the main office to voice my concerns about her lack of interpersonal skills. Absolutely unbelievable.

This is not a doctor I'd recommend. Took me quite awhile to get an appt, that was then cancelled at the very last minute (yet we're supposed to give them adequate notice??), they said she wasn't in all week, was booked solid for a month yet had no idea when they could fit me in because they "didn't know her schedule". So ask yourself: Of what use would such a doctor's office be? NONE. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Go elsewhere.

Dr Mary can be a bit direct with patients and that was the case with me when diagnosed with high blood pressure. Told me I was too fat for one thing and that I should be eating better and exercising otherwise I was going to die prematurely. Turns out she was right and her direct manner spurred me into action. It has been over 4 years since her remarks and I have shed over 75 pounds and feel much healthier. Too bad she's gone to the military. Their gain = our loss

This woman has been treating a family member for several years, yet she doesn't recognize this lady when she sees her outside the office. Has no recall of patients names. Sends everyone to "specialists" because she doesn't want to know what their problem is. Has no compassion for patients with terminal diagnoses, or elderly patients. Loves a quick buck. Mean to nursing staff, and can't keep a secretary very long due to her treatment of them. Has no respect for other people. Plaster Rock would be much better without her.
