Dr Posta fixed a shoulder surgery gone wrong on my husband done by a Dr in a different medical group. He was very knowledgeable, to the point and had great surgical skills. Appts were prompt, staff very pleasant.

Rude talking arrogant and dose not try to help his patients after surgery if it didn't go well just wants to hurry up and dismiss you as a patient. Plus he told me I was so fat Andy was a medical disaster waiting to happen. I don't recommend him.

Ester is out of the office to much,if a problem arrises from surgery,dr posta wants to blame the patient, while he is a nice person I want a great dr.my surgery was a wash out. went to another surgeron had same surgery.now i am looking at knee replacement. 3 surgeries in 1 year not to good

Great Doctor. Straight to the point but in a friendly way. Didnt have to wait weeks to see him or to have surgery. His office staff is efficient,especially Ester.
