She is absolutely fantastic. She has treated me for decades, and has been a consistently kind, compassionate, knowledgeable physician. Since switching to phone calls she is even easier to get into.

She is very easy to get into which I am thankful for. But she does rush you a lot and it's very hard to express your concerns to her. it is obvious that she is overworked and I wish that the healthcare system wasn't so overwhelmed so that she could focus on individuals more. Every time I book an appointment it seems that she forgets everything about me and we have to start over again

Dr. MacNeill is not only an amazing doctor, but an amazing and kind person. She truly cares about her patients. She listens carefully and you never feel rushed. She is so thorough and always reassuring as she will get things checked to put your mind at rest. Two specialists I’ve seen over time told me how fortunate I was that she was my doctor. I know I’m in excellent hands with her.

Dr MacNeill is the best of the best!
Her clinic is so organized and well run it’s easy to get an appointment and she always seems to be running on time, a rarity in the medical profession!
She goes above and beyond to care for her patients. She not only takes the time to educate, but tries a variety of treatment options before jumping to last resort options, pill pushing or needless specialist referrals.
She is fully engaged and really cares about your well being.
