I will try not to be too lengthy in my praises for this Surgeon and his staff, but what he did for my wife was so far above and beyond what I have ever experienced I feel the story must be told. My wife had gone in for a facelift and eyelids. Within 2 days of the stitches coming out she looked 15 years younger. Please understand that I can confidently say that my wife is a truly gorgeous woman, and he was able to reclaim 15 years of that beauty for her. That, however, is not my story. Tragically just 3 days after her surgical stitches were removed, she slipped and fell in our home and landed so hard on her face that she was knocked out cold. The impact blew out her left eyelid and put a jagged 2" gash from her eyebrow down the side of her eye. She was rushed to the emergency room where she was cleared of any brain trauma or broken bones. I of course immediately called Doctor Lombardo. He was truly devastated to hear the news and kept in contact with me in between a full schedule of surgeries he was performing until 7pm. He advised me to let them sew her up and he would fix it himself. My wife lay in a hospital bed with open wounds because they could not get their plastic surgeon to come in, they argued about whether to put her under anesthesia and generally seemed disinterested in our plight. Exactly 5 minutes after Dr Lombardo's last surgery he called us, and I explained she was still in a bed with open wounds and untreated. He was less than happy. We live about 60 miles away and he told me to get her in the car and get her there.
This phenomenal surgeon and Human being reopened his clinic after hours and brought staff in to spend the time to carefully repair the damage. He told her that once the scar healed, he would do further remediation to make it go away completely. There are no words to express our appreciation for what he did even though he had no obligation to do so. To add to my shock at his accommodating us he also refused to bill us.
I have lived a life as an NYPD Lieutenant for 30 years and have worked with and seen the work of hundreds of cosmetic surgeons. I tell you not only have I never seen better work, but to find one that has a true concern and empathy for their plight is beyond belief.

Dr. Lombardo was very honest when I saw him for my consultation for possible breast lift /implant and liposuction. He spent enough time to really determine what was best for me. The day of my procedure he was very focused and everything when very smoothly. The entire staff knew exactly what to do and addressed all my questions as things came up. Today I'm super happy with my results and feel I went to the right place.

I had my breast done in 2005 and my first experience was great. Then 9 years later one of my breast leaked and I was still under warranty but I was going to go bigger. I changed my mind the day of surgery and DR Lombardo got so mad and his bedside manners were so bad his assistant keep apologizing for his behavior the whole time during surgery, that I was awake for and crying my eyes out the whole time. I felt like I was being rapped! My arms were tied down while he was cutting me with such anger. And still hopping to put the bigger breast in me when I was tied down on the table in the middle of surgery, then got ever anger when there wasn't enough room. Nobody should have to experience this. I still cry when I think about that day, I actually when to theory to recover from that day and I also had x-ray to clear my mind that he didn't put something in me cause he was so full of rage. Well my another breast is now leaking and I am going to a different plastic surgery to get them fixed. This doctor is all about money!!!!

I had upper and lower eye lids done and am so pleased with the results. I found Dr. Lombardo's approach to this procedure to be more thorough then 2 other facial surgeons I visited while doing my research. I found pre meds and pre op to be appropriate and never experienced any pain. A great surgery day followed by a comprehensive home plan and I am loving the results. Please do not be tricked into doing this procedure under a local anesthetic like some doctors try to do. Go to Dr. Lombardo!!!

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction with Dr. Lombardo. At my consultation he took his time explaining and answering my questions. The night of surgery he called to check in and I also saw he the following morning for a check up. Each visit he treated me the same- friendly and made me feel comfortable. In fact, the office manager, nurses, anesthesialogist, and receptionist are all like that. Whether you are there in person or calling in with a question, the staff is always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
I am loving my results and so glad I finally got up the nerve to do the procedure. Thank you Allure!
