Wonderfully knowledgeable and sympathetic. Hasn't forgotten that she is dealing with human beings. She takes the time to listen despite the pressure of a full, public clinic waiting room.

I have been seeing Dr. Boretsky for 2-3 years now, she is a wonderful thorough Doctor, who takes the time needed to listen. What I cannot understand is why she does not do something about the horrible, rude, front desk staff who treat the patients, both the walk ins and the ones with appointments, so very rudely! They try and make you feel like you are worthless and that you are lucky they are even letting you in. Kindness goes a long way people, if you don't like the public, get another job! I wish she would change offices, I may have to change myself if it continues as the way they treat you is very degrading.

Can be a good doctor. Depends if you are with CSST. She was better when clinic was smaller. Now clinic moved and it is too crowded and the support staff is extremely nasty at times. They have lost soo many important papers in my file. I do not go there anymore.

Dr. Boretsky is very pleasant and very competent. She was our dr. for several years until we moved away. The staff at the clinic however is extremely unpleasant and uncooperative making the experience very frustrating!

She is very helfull, attentive to you request and need. Polite empress. If you need a specialist she will not hesitate to help you and contact the specialist. I dont understand why a so nice and helpfull doctor do busnisse in a so bad clinic. People or employed of that clinic are (désagréable) and has no customer relation. I just wish she was in a different clinic. But I like to be her patient.

My wife and I have searched a long time for a good family doctor. We have found a GREAT one in Dr. Boretsky. She is very nice, takes time to listen carefully to our health problems and makes sure that we get the appropriate care and treatment. We feel that our family's health is in good hands with her. She also has a great sense of humor!

She is a great doctor. She is helpful, makes you feel at ease, jokes around. She is a great doctor, she'll tell you the truth and give you a referral no problem if you really need it. I just wish she was in a different clinic. The staff don't really care what's wrong with you and say that if it is an emergency, go to the hospital, if you can't wait three months for an appointment. So be prepared to wait.

May be a good Doctor to regular patients, but with walk-in cases tends to be rushed, doesn't listen and overlooks important details. Result is incomplete diagnosis, requiring additional follow-ups with other Doctors to get proper treatment.

A terrific and thorough GP who listens and takes all the time necessary...You never feel as though she's rushing you. The only problem is getting in to see her. If you can't catch her on the two days she's there for walk-in, you have to see someone else, unless you're willing to wait a couple of months for an appointment with her.

Dr Boretsky is my family doctor including my children she is an excellent doctor and i would recomende her to everyone who needed...the only thing is that the secretaries dont schedule the right amount of time that should be spen with the doctor...
