I had high expectations because of the fancy office and doctor's sports credentials and qualifications. But he doesn't have much time to spend with patients, you get about 30 seconds of attention then he's out of the room. I wasted time getting answers like "lets give it 3 weeks" and come back, after the third time I gave up - he wasn't listening to understand my problem and didn't seem interested in finding a solution.

Two of us in our family have had shoulder surgery from Dr. Bell. He's pleasant, caring, and extremely bright. We recommended him to a neighbor, who was equally impressed. He specializes in Sports Medicine.
