Dr Astin Has been my doctor for over 30 year's.
Would not be here with out him. My wife and I both love him like family.

He will not refer you if you need to see a specialist because he thinks he knows everything. My parents went to him and my mother had rheumatoid arthritis and became so bad that she was bedridden. Still he refused to refer her to a rheumatologist and said nothing could be done to help her. Finally, after carrying her to the car and taking her to the ER, the doctor at the ER referred her to a rheumatologist and she improved so much she was actually able to walk on a walker.

front desk staff is awful.I have made appointment phone on 2 different occasions when I arrived did not have an appointment.The last time I was to see him cause bp was 188 over 117.

Dr. Astin is the best doc I have had in years. He is exceptional in care and follow-up. He actually mailed me a letter of my test result, and I have never had a Dr. do that before! He is one of the few that still seem to care.

staff is not courteous, doesnt followup on tests and appts to be scheduled for patient. Get sent to specialist for things fam doc should be able to take care of and test fam doc should be able to order

I LOVE Dr. Astin. He is professional, kind and understanding and knows how to treat patients! My Mom goes to him, my Grams used to go before she passed away, I go to him and my niece goes to him! WE LOVE HIM! He takes his times, says what needs to be said and genuinely cares about you! I never feel rushed with him, he does not STACK his appointments and if he is running behind, it is rarely more than 10 minutes, even though you know everyone else is getting the same great care! He is our first line of defence for our health care! LOVE YOU DR. ASTIN!!!

Wonderful doctor. I've seen him for several years and love him to pieces. My husband and mom now see him as well. I'm diabetic and asthmatic and he takes excellent care of me. He isn't afraid to get on me if I need reminding about taking care of myself either.
