Was told he could not remove ear wax because of ear tubes. Then stuck instrument in, wiggled it and took it back out...no ear wax. Charged exorbitant price, over $1,000. Disgusted.

Was told that my son needed adenoid removal surgery... without an xray or scope. Got a 2nd opinion, wad told to give my son antibiotics and he was cured!

Was at the Lancaster Office, when you call the other office staff is not very warm!!! at all

the wait was 2 hours but they lied to you and said it was just a few minutes more. office manager was rude and snide. was sick but finally had to leave. be honest! be nice!
