Dr. Kass is very helpful and even good with little kids. He likes new technology and always has a new tool, so I feel confident he has the latest knowledge. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The hygienists are so kind and my 3, 6, and 8-yr old kids like having their teeth cleaned. I am scheduling appts for 5 family members at least twice a year and it makes a real difference to be able to get email reminders and know how responsive the office staff are. I started out with my kids going to a separate pediatric dentist and just the adults seeing Dr. Kass, but after multiple problems with the other dentist and staff I switched all of us and we are very happy.

The dental appointment was right on schedule. The office is very clean and comfortable to be in. I'm always impressed with DR. Kass's ability stay at the forefront of technology and feel well informed and confident that my teeth are getting the best dental care. I have great respect for Dr. Kass and his staff/associates are top notch.

The lady at the front desk with the red hair is unpleasant and difficult to deal with based upon this visit along with previous experiences.

Did not care for the senior citizen hygenist. She could barely hold the instruments and her breath was offensive, but thankfully she put a mask on. She was pleasant enough, but I don't think she did a very good job. Everyone is super nice and so very accomodating otherwise.

I have been a patient of DR. Kass's since 1995 and find him to be extremely thorough and his practice to be state of the art and current with respect to latest technology. When I have had an unexpected emergency I was always able to get a very quick appointment.
