The staff was warm and friendly. The nurse was diligent and asked lots of questions. I was very satisfied with the doctors recommendation and knowledge. I would recommend him to my family

There is always an hour+ wait-even when the office calls you to come in earlier than your appt. time. The staff is awful-the head nurse/manager is mean spirited-she told me to "get over" being upset about developing vertigo. Dr. Light gets annoyed with questions-not overly soothing when the patient is upset or getting a needleful of steroids shot into her eardrum!

The nurse who took my Mom's information was very impatient. I found it disturbing they did not take her blood pressure before using a decogestant spray in her nose.WhenI asked, the nurse said they didn't usually do that.... Dr. Light did not explain his procedure before he put a scope into my mom's nose.I wish I had heeded the advice of this website. My mom is 83 and I am sure most of their patients are geriatric and deserve to be treated gently.

terrible bed side manner. made me feel guilty for being worried or asking questions. Typical arrogant Doctor
