If I could give this Dr zero stars I would.

I went in because I’d been having trouble breathing for some years. I had to fill out almost More paperwork than I did when I closed on my HOUSE which was completely ridiculous.

If you don’t give up by then, you will be sorry you didn’t. unfortunately for me, this was foreshadowing of what was to come. The Dr. Raced into my room and made some generalized statements about my prescription use which was completely opposite of what I stated in my plethora of paperwork. Clearly he did NOT read it and instead was operating based off of generalized assumptions because nothing he stated pertained to either myself, my condition OR my paperwork which I am sure he did not read before coming in.

This Dr. Blew me off and all of my symptoms as allergies and refused to take me seriously- telling me I didn’t have sinusitis or whatever else - before he even did a basic scope of my nose. I was shell- shocked at his aloof, carefree demeanor and even tried to blame another Dr for advising me to get a CT scan/ instead of looonibg at himself and why he couldn’t even dedicate 15 minutes to do a proper exam.

This Dr seems to want to whizz by me, blow off all my co cerns and push me out the door until I insisted he actually LOOK into my nose and send me for the scan.

He very quickly changed his demeanor, did the exam and finally started doing his actual JOB. Conclusion: I have terrible sinusitis and more!

What a lazy unprofessional Dr!
I made the visit work for me in that I used the tests and got answers I had tomLOBBY to receive and for out of there.
I followed up with an actual professional ENT.
I’m not sure what patient is allowing this type of practice to flourish by accepting this as the standard of care but clearly not enough people are speaking up or he wouldn’t continue to do it. We pay for service and this is what consumers are getting??! Go elsewhere.

Dr. Gregory N. Boger's response
Sorry for your experience; not everyone gets along. Suggest you check the treatment plan outlined for you and provided at the end of your visit. One is given to every patient. Paperwork, unfortunately, is part of the process and much of it is not determined by the Doctor's office but instead a requirement imposed by other parties.

I have been to see Dr Boger three times. The first was to remove some impacted ear wax. Dr. Boger was in such a hurry to remove it that he did not let if soften sufficiently so He sent me home with my ear bleeding. The second time I had a growth on my ear that I believed was related to my hearing aid. He shipped it off and had it biopsied. The third visit was just to tell me that it was cancerous and I needed additional work on the ear. The patient prior to me had a car to sell so when his visit was over, Dr. Boger left me waiting while he took a test drive. also that day there was a woman

My first visit with Dr. Boger was to have impacted ear wax removed. He did not wait long enough for it to harden and sent me home with blood coming out of my ear. The second visit he shipped off a growth on my ear and sent it for a biopsy. The third visit was to tell me it was cancerous and I needed to schedule a time with him to dig deeper to see if he removed it all. While waiting to see him there was a another patient coughing without covering her mouth. My GP has masks on the counter for this. When he was done with his previous patient who had a car to sell he went out for a test drive. For that he billed $115. Also his unpackaged instruments were sitting in the open accumulating who knows what. NEVER AGAIN!

His office must be leaving these positive reviews because I’ve never seen a more unsanitary (I have photos and videos of the consult room). Film and snot on the walls, unpackaged/unsterile tools sitting out. Layers of dust and hair on the floor, mold, and dirty finger prints all over. This place hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. If the health dept saw this they would shut them down. Is this what you expect from a doctor, let alone an allergist? No. Even your nail tech has the sense to use steril, packaged, tools. Save yourself the trouble of the “good reviews”.

I definitely recommend Dr. Boger as an excellent ENT physician. I enjoy and appreciate his personality, his knowledge, and his approach to resolving my health issues. I had a sinuplasty surgery performed last Thursday, 05.14.15 and was very satisfied with the entire process . I had a few visits over the last few months with Dr. Boger discussing options for my consistent allergies and recurring sinus infections. Dr. Boger gave numerous options to try, including the sinuplasty (which I never knew about until my first appointment with him). I did try meds again (no success), allergy shots again (no success), and have now had the sinuplasty surgery performed.

I totally recommend Dr. Boger to patients that are willing to listen, learn, and enjoy his personality. His personality is focused on helping you to relax and makes you feel part of the decision making process for your own care. Dr. Boger is indeed an expert ENT.

I sustained a scuba diving inner ear injury and my family Dr referred me to this office. After an examination by Dr. Boger he declared I had TMJ, which I most certainly did not. I called Diver's Alert Network and they referred me to Dr. Wu in Winter Park. Dr. Wu's office was able to help diagnosis my injury, middle ear barotrauma, and set me on the road to recovery.

Dr. Boger was excellent. He was very friendly, great sense of humor and treated me like his only patient. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, not only what we were going to do for treatment but the how & why. Staff was not as friendly but who cares when you have a great doctor. I will definitely be recommending him.

I would recommend Dr. Boger to everyone. He's knowledgeable, aware, and made me feel like I was his only patient. I have awful insurance coverage but they were willing to work with me. I am particularly impressed by the respectful nature of the staff and allergy testing facility. I'm nearly impossible to diagnose but Dr. Boger was willing to push to figure out what I needed. I am elated to report that I do have a diagnosis & a systematic treatment plan. I'm also elated by the fact that I feel better than I have in months. I wish all my doctors were like this one.

Dr Boger, after a not-so-extensive testing said to me "You are fine," to which I replied I certainly did not feel fine...his answer: "Welcome to your new normal." Then he showed me to the door. Follow up doctors ordered an X-Ray which showed I had fluid in my mastoid bone (if left untreated could have serious health consequences), a pressure test, which he also neglected to perform, showed that my ears were experiencing significant imbalance (one was plus 15 the other minus 10, and they should both be around zero)...and last but not least, my husband and I asked if allergies (although I did not know at the time I suffered from them) could bring up such ear issues he said that it was not possible. Turns out a battery of allergy tests shows that I am allergic to too many things to write here and my allergist explained that allergic reactions can and will trigger ear problems. Dr. B. performed a procedure which was extremely painful to me...all along he laughed out loud. Zero emphaty
