The best doctor/surgeon I have ever used. Dr Toby Morgan rebuilt my face after it was shattered in 1986. The physician/surgeon on-call was going to cut a triangle on my face and place a steel plate in my head. Thankfully another outstanding physician/surgeon suggested I get a 2nd opinion from Dr Toby Morgan. You cannot even tell I ever had surgery. Dr Morgan has performed surgeries on practically everyone in my family, all with outstanding results. I personally appreciated Dr Morgan's straightforward approach to providing information and diagnosis. Dr Morgan is a brilliant man that I will always be indebted.

Did not listen well, seemed confused, offered off-the-wall suggestions and completely irrelevant advice. Likely could and certainly should retire.

He is an excellent Doctor and has a great staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never left the office disappointed.
