Dr. Venkatesan is completely unprofessional and should be evaluated for his ability to practice medicine. During a recent visit with my mom, he stormed in as if he was under a time constraint and treated the patient as just another transaction. After attempting to provide local anesthesia for the patient, he promptly proceeded to operate without giving the anesthesia a chance to take effect or without even confirming with the patient if it worked. Without any explanation to his actions, he used a scalpel to slice open my mother’s nose to remove a cyst, all while she was screaming in pain. To which he responded, “I know it hurts” and continued the operation without any regard for the patient’s wellbeing. This type of behavior is unsafe and unethical and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Sometimes being human is more important than whatever you are in your life. A medical profession is a life savior and we believe in them more than anything; sometimes even more than the mighty Almighty! But so sad that some choose the profession to see the patients only as money minting machines. Irrespective of the reviews, we sometimes choose a provider just because he speaks your language, just because he is from your country, just because he graduated from a University that you had admired of for long - but nevertheless sometimes you are failed, you are let down and made to wonder what kind of people you are with! Am hurt to core as I write this and I would regret for my lifetime for having had visited him!

My experience with Dr. Venkatesan was amazing. Dr. Venkatesan is very knowledgeable and was extremely positive during all of my appointments with him. I was diagnosed with chronic maxillary sinusitis and nasal polyps which were causing me to have intense headaches. He performed a vivaer/balloon sinuplasty, that changed my life completely. Now I can breathe better, have no headaches, and have much more energy. I am so grateful to Dr. Venkatesan, and the entire team who were very professional and efficient!

Rushed in, spent 5 min with me, didn't do anything, told me he has 3 other patents waiting at the same time, then tried to prescribe me a medication to which I was allergic.

Dr Venkatesan made me feel very comfortable and at ease as soon as he entered the room. I was nervous for my procedure but he was informative and took care of my problem in mere seconds with no pain. He was easy to approach and answered every question I had. Would reccommend to anyone!

Dr. Venkatesan is extremely knowledgeable and seems to truly care about his patients. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, but he is worth the wait.
