The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered and their poor reputation is known in Indy as well. Dr. Gillum couldn't be more unresponsive. I give this entire office a big fat zero.

I consented to the rhinoplasty, but one side of my nose is collapsed and I woke up THREE agonizing times during the operation. I have never felt more pain physically in my life. Also, a brow lift was done WITHOUT my consent and I have continually experienced numbness on the top of my skull, as well as migraine headaches. The scars are barely in my hairline and are very thick. I've contacted an attorney. Gillum told a mutual friend of ours (who is an anesthesiologist) that it's MY fault my nose is collapsed and deformed. He hasn't released my medical records to the Attorney General either, despite several requests. Dr. Gillum prescribed me Lexapro and told me to take down my mirrors, but it wasn't I am shocked and I feel violated.

When i told him i was devastated at my newly deformed nose, he prescribed me Lexapro. Im not depressed; i just hate having a collapsed, asymmetrical nose! I'm contacting an attorney because Dr Gillum won't return my calls, yet told a mutual friend of ours (who is an anesthesiologist) that it's MY fault my nose is collapsed and deformed. I am shocked and I feel violated. I will be posting photos all over google soon. Stay posted.

Tim Gillum did my surgery and i would refer anyone to him. he is a great guy and a very good physician.
