I have to disagree with some of the comments about Dr Zimmerman. What others see as gruff, I interpret as being direct. He helped our son with a sinus infection issue and was very good with him.

I've suffered from an occasional buildup of ear wax. Made an appt with Dr Zimmerman to get it cleaned out. This is something I've had to do every few years. Arrived on time, found the staff very courteous and helpful. I only waited a few minutes before going to an exam room. Dr. Zimmerman cleaned things up and we discussed ways to prevent it from happening again. I am very happy with Dr. Zimmerman and his staff.

Went in for a fluid removal in my left ear. The issue was ongoing for over a year and all he did was run a hearing test and told me ill be ok. Really.... The issue was for over a year and he tells me ill be ok. 2 months later im looking elsewhere as recommended by my doctor.

Terrible doctor. I've lost hearing in one of my ears and went to see Zimmerman. He didn't know why it was happening and his staff got mad at me for it. He then dropped me when he couldn't figure out a cause. Terrible experience.

I had an initial consultation with Dr. Zimmerman. His bedside manner was poor, as he's not very personable. However, I wasn't too bothered by this, so I scheduled a follow-up. For the follow-up examination, I arrived 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic. Dr. Zimmerman's staff advised me that he had already left the building. Amazingly unprofessional behavior by Dr. Zimmerman, and I will never return again.
