Best surgeon I could’ve asked for. Kind polite and patient. Had both my shoulder done at age 40.

This man is visibly burnt out and in result his morale is extremely low.. In other words, this guy puts the tired in retired.

I highly suggest going elsewhere for a surgery as this orthopaedic surgeon views compassion and patient advocacy as “sensitivity” and “weakness”

Dr. Faber, it’s time for you to retire you old quack.. You are so careless and simply no good anymore due to compassion fatigue.

My doctor tried to make 2 appointments to see Dr. Faber. After the 1st try & a 6 month wait, my doctor retried. FINALLY I got a confirmed date from Dr. Faber's clerk. On that visit I waited 4 1/2 hrs. to be seen. When the clerk walked in, I asked about the delay & told her I almost left. She said "you should have left." Very IGNORANT. The second appointment attempt was ignored again after 6 months of waiting. My doctor wanted to rebook it & I declined the offer.
Dr. Faber may be a good doctor, but his staff are PATHETIC & IGNORANT.

I had a great experience with my shoulder replacement. More than a year later the shoulder is fantastic and I never think that it's not original. He was kind, listened well, and had great suggestions for my care. 100% recommend.

The kindest, caring and knowledgeable doctor who listened to my concerns and never rushed through my appointments. He replaced my shoulder a year ago and I am now pain free. If you’re lucky enough to have Dr. Faber you will have the best!

I am 5-6 years after having both shoulders replaced. Dr. Faber put in reverse shoulder joints where the ball is where the joint was and the joint is now on the end of my arm. I just wanted to say thank you again to Dr. Faber, he did a wonderful job. My shoulders are fantastic (the only time they hurt is when I lay on my side to sleep ). I can golf again, mind you not too well but I was never great at golf anyway. I can lift my hands straight up in the air. Most reviews are left right after surgery but I wanted to post a review long after the operations to say that Dr. Faber is the best. I was sooooooo blessed to be referred to him. Martha his secretary is fantastic and does her best to get you in to see him in a timely fashion. The wait in HUCL clinic is long so bring a book but the wait is well worth it. Dr. Faber will not rush you in your appointment he will take the time to listen and discuss things with you. Dr. Faber definitely has a gift.
