I first met Dr. Leopold in February 2016 after a referral from my primary doctor about my nasal polyps. After being stuffed up for close to 23 years and having lost my sense of smell and taste for the past 5 years, nothing had worked to clear up my nasal polyps. Even though I did not want to have surgery, I felt that is was my only option, in which I went in for surgery in May 2016. After 4 hours, I was told that all of the polyps in all of my sinus cavities had been removed, along with my deviated septum being corrected. Immediately, I regained my sense of taste and a month later, I regained my sense of smell. 9 months later, I am still polyp free and I have been following my aftercare instructions provided by Dr. Leopold to a tee in hopes that my polyps do not return. Dr. Leopold has been straightforward with me with every visit I have had with him. One area I see concern with is the amount of time I have to wait to see him, but I understand that he is a busy man and that waiting an extra 10 - 30 minutes for my appointment is somewhat necessary, but other than that, he has given me the ability to breath through my nose again, along with my sense of smell and sense of taste, in which I am deeply grateful for.

Dr. Leopold is nothing short of brilliant. He has treated my chronic sinus issues for a decade and has been phenomenal. He always takes time to listen, continually recommended new medical options to help avoid surgery (which I ultimately needed when all medical options failed), and provided extensive post-surgical follow up. He is the best ENT I have ever seen.

Dr Leopold is only interested in surgery. He stated that I might half to get surgery every two yrs to feel better. I am only 35. GIVE ME A BREAK.

Dr. Leopold is among the best ENT's in the country. He correctly diagnosed me after having seen over 20 neurolgists & ENT, all of whom were stumped. He knew within 20 min. about phantosmia, at a time when virtually no doctors in the US or Canada were even aware of it. A top-notch physician
