I 100% agree with everyone who as complained about Dr, Tell's staff, especially the girls in the office who you see and speak to when you get there. I do love Dr Tell, but am looking for a new ENT because of nasty office help.

Please stay far, far away. When you are done with your visit with the Dr. Sasqwatch will attack you for full payment of your bill prior to it going through insurance. If you question authority, they will harass you with phone calls. Scary and shady outfit. Many other doctors in the area that have professional offices and proper billing and insurance procedure. They have a made up billing company in Florida that traces back to a nursing home Hygenia Home Health care 6630 34th Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710 727-800-9958. They are the billing company don't be fooled.

Nasty girl Alesse just slammed down phone on me because I questioned a mistake in her diagnosis code. Something very shady about not being willing to help a patient with a billing issue. I will now contact the Insurance and Banking Division in Trenton regarding this practice.

The office manager is the nastiest most unprofessional person I have ever met. I am quite sure Dr. Tell (who is a very nice man) is losing many, many patients because of her. She snapped at me with a very sarcastic attitude. Word of mouth is what keeps patients returning and people referring others. If you alienate the patient you alienate future business. Enough ratings like this can ruin your practice. I'm sure the office staff must cringe dealing with her too.

The office manager is a nightmare and the nurses that he has now don't want to be bothered with scheduling at all. It's a shame he is a good doctor

This has to be the rudest medical office I have ever been to. Get that Office Manager out of there!!! The doctor should be more careful when he talks about the patents to his staff?. Very upsetting.

Dr. Tell is a very good doctor. His staff is very friendly and helpfu. The down side of going to this office is dealing with the Doctor's wife (so called Office Manager). She is very rude and has no compassion at all. To bad she is the way she is, I won't go back there because of her..
