Brilliant surgeon! True artist. Performed revision rhinoplasty on my nose. I had two botched prior rhinoplasties. My nose was very asymmetric , with long, uneven tip. I lost hope that I will ever have a decent nose. Then I met dr Tobias. Now my nose is small, perfect in shape and symmetry. I could t be more happy. He restored by confidence and gave me a whole new life and new experience. I’m extremely grateful.

Getting this surgery was by far the biggest mistake of my life. I initially looked great at cast removal and for the first 2-3 months. But then my nose soon started shrinking and collapsing. I was horrified to find out that that way too much cartilage and tissues had been removed, and I was soon left with a pig snout with a pointy tip, huge flared nostrils, a collapsed bridge and major breathing issues. I’ve already spent close to $50,000 since this surgery in travel costs, consultation fees with revision experts around the world and reconstruction fees. Most surgeons told me that the technique used on my nose was popular in the 80’s but it is no longer widely used and it is irreversible. I used to be very beautiful, but this surgery ruined my looks and my sanity. I have immense regrets and wish that I could turn back time and never meet this doctor. Comment: I requested my medical report from the hospital. It mentions that during my surgery, « a variety of cartilages and tissues up to 1.1 inch in length » had been collected from my nose!!! Why would a surgeon ever do that to a patient who had requested very conservative changes in the first place? This makes absolutely no sense!!!

I was very skeptical at first because having rhinoplasty done as a man can be nerve-wracking because even though you may have a bad nose, you also don't want a tiny princess nose as a guy. Dr. Tobias was very adamant about this and made it very clear he just wants to give me a manly nose. Dr.Tobias also uses incredible techniques where he does the whole surgery within the nose itself so no incisions or cuts on the exterior. Lastly, everyone was telling me how the recovery would take months. I hardly had any bruising, was able to breathe normally within a day or two, and felt completely fine after a week, obviously taking good care of my nose and still being careful. Dr.Tobias is great, and if you are a guy who wants to do rhinoplasty but is nervous, trust me Dr.Tobias will do your nose justice and then some.

First Time I have been to Dr Tobias office for consultation was in 2007 a black model in The Uk recommanded him,but I was still scared to do it,during the years I went to atleast 20 consultation all over the US and some in the Europe.Since I have thick skinned Ethnic nose and I'm a performer I was very worried to look fake I just want a more of softer refined look. I decided last to go for Dr Tobias since only does Noses and he will make a better version of your own nose.
I'm three weeks post Rhinoplasty my nose is already looking great.He will honestly tell you what he will do with your nose .I highly recommend Dr Tobias!!!

In 2003, I went for a consultation with Dr. Tobias. I actually set a date for the operation, but chickened out at the last minute. Fast-forward 13 years to October of 2016. I went for another consulation. I am a complete Type A personality (just ask my wife) and must research every option available. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Tobias and his staff from start to finish. He performed a septoplasty and rhinoplasty resulting in the best version of my nose I could have asked for! I was completely satisfied with the result! Being a guy, I was concerned with my nose looking "done." Dr. Tobias' clientele is 30% men, which I was happy to hear. I still maintain a masculine appearance with my new, symmetrical nose! I breathe and look better. I can't say enough about the result. On a coincidental side note, while researching doctors, I noticed a before and after photo of someone I knew from high school on Dr. Tobias' website! So, I reached out to him and he gave me nothing but positive feedback about his experience. That sealed the deal for me. My high school friend is now an actor and looks great! I am now 4 months post-op. My healing was quick. I took exactly four Tylenol over the first two days, but that's it! No prescription meds at all. I attribute my awesome recovery to not only Dr. Tobias' talent but to the closed rhinoplasty procedure. No scars, no "done" look, closed rhinoplasty, quick recovery, no meds, great staff and the best Doctor I could find. Thank you Dr. Tobias...Life is good :)

My experience with Dr. Tobias was more than exceptional and I feel confident in recommending him to all prospective clients. Meeting with him at the initial (free) consultation, I immediately felt at ease. His experience and innovation in the closed rhinoplasty field speaks for itself, and his conservative approach will ensure natural results. He’s extremely practical and honest about what can and cannot be done, while also identifying what will most naturally compliment your face.

The procedure itself went extremely smooth and the outcome was more than what I could have asked for. He addressed all of my concerns, while also preserving and enhancing my original appearance. Despite some expected bruising and swelling, the overall recupooration period was managable, and his staff is more than helpful when it comes to answering any questions and/or concerns. I had the surgery done on a Thursday and was back to work that following Tuesday. I highly recommend Dr. Tobias and have already referred him to a few friends. Additionally, I was referred to him by my sister who also could not be happier with her results!

My nose had a slight deviation from a nose injury, as well as droopy and bulbous tip that was not overly large, but definitely didn't compliment my face. It looked like my nose lacked a tip. I knew I wanted a closed rhinoplasty because I didn't want a scar and I wanted a shorter healing time. I was very afraid to go to a surgeon that would butcher up my nose and make it look unnatural and fake. If you are looking for natural results ... Dr. Tobias is the absolute best option out there. First of all, he only does closed rhinoplasties and has been doing so for many many years. I was skeptical to even consider a surgeon who could offer a closed rhinoplasty if they are mostly used to doing open rhinoplasties. Second of all, Dr. Tobias is very genuine and honest and will tell you exactly what he can and what he can't fix about your nose. He does not use any fancy computer imaging and try to sell you on the "perfect nose"- rather he tells you what can do to best improve your nose and give you the features that you want. I completely agree with him not using any computer imaging because he is right... none of those photoshopped pictures are a guarantee of results. He is a true artist because he gives each patient the nose that fits their face and fits well with all the other features. The recovery is amazing... I only took Tylenol for the pain and I am now 4 days post-op and got my cast removed today. I have slight bruising and my nose is still swollen, which is expected. But I can already see a HUGE improvement. And most importantly, I have no scars anywhere and everything looks NATURAL. He gave me the best improved version of my nose... natural beautiful results.
All the staff Englewood Hospital were incredible and completely exceeded my expectations. The nurses there really took good care of me and made me comfortable.

P.S. I heard about him through a girlfriend who had a procedure with him as well. She is 1 year post op and is very happy with her results.

Our 17 year old daughter had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Tobias earlier this month. We chose him based on several factors. First of all, he only does plastic surgery on noses (rhinoplasty). We liked that he specialized in rhinoplasty. Second of all, he does closed rhinoplasty, and not open. The recovery was amazing. While she is still swollen (its been only 1 and a half weeks), she feels great and is so happy with her nose. Finally, Englewood Hospital (where Dr. Tobias does his surgery) was incredible. From the anesthesiologist to the nurses, they could not have provided better service and care. You can't go wrong!

I am extremely happy with Dr. Tobias' work on my nose. Being a 21 year old guy, I was pretty hesitant at first as to whether or not I should get rhinoplasty done. I did not want it to look like I had a nose job, yet I still wanted a smaller nose. Dr. Tobias exceeded my expectations. My nose looks so natural and it fits my face perfectly. Not only did he do a fantastic job on my nose, but he is one of the nicest, most genuine doctors you will meet. I had minimal pain and bruising and I was back on my regular routine shortly after surgery. Another great part of Dr. Tobias' work is that he does closed rhinoplasty, unlike most doctors that we met with. I have no scarring and my nose looks amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Tobias... a true artist. A++
